My husband took our little girl to the park the other day for some one on one time. This gave me a whole two hours to walk through Target all by myself (very dangerous) with my Starbucks while crossing some items off of our Christmas list. One thing I knew I wanted to buy was a new holiday wreath. Ours was old and tattered from our countless moves over the years. However, as I started looking around, I could not believe how expensive they were! Surely, I could make one of these on my own for half that price!
I decided to DIY a Christmas wreath and the best part about it? It only took me ten minutes to create!
I wanted a wreath that was very simple but personalized for our family.
- Garland Wreath (currently 50% off at Joanne’s)
- Hot Glue Gun
- Wooden Letter
- Holiday Branches
- MarkIt by BLACK+DECKER

Did you notice the tool my husband used to hang the wreath? This is the MarkIt picture hanging tool by BLACK+DECKER. This tool will completely transform how we hang decor in our home. Austin hung the wreath from MarkIT and positioned it where I wanted it on the wall. He then pressed gently through the wreath to make a mark on the wall. All that was left was to secure the fastener in that same position and the wreath was hung! It was so quick, so easy, and perfectly hung the first time around!
