How To Make Dinner Easy During The Holidays

Thank you to Hello Fresh for sponsoring this post. As always, all opinions are my own.

I don’t know about you guys, but I’m exhausted at this time of year. Don’t get me wrong, I love the holiday decor, the smell of a Christmas tree and the memories in the making. But there is SO much to accomplish. My days are full, wallet empty, and tummy is growling! How do you find time to keep up with grocery shopping and cooking dinner for your family with the craziness that is the holiday season? Let me introduce you to Hello Fresh.

Hello Fresh is a monthly subscription box that is shipped fresh directly to your door. You receive the menu for the upcoming weeks dishes and select 3-5 options based on how many days you’d like dinner. They even give you a choice of feeding 2 or 4 people. We received our box on a Monday and were instantly impressed when we opened the box.

Each dinner is placed in its own box for easy identification and every ingredient is pre-measured perfectly for your meal. You don’t even have to get out your measuring cup. It’s that simple. They include the recipes for each dinner along with pictures as well.

My personal favorite meal was the Parmesan Crusted Chicken — and it only took 30 minutes to prepare. As a mom of a  wild toddler, this is the way to cook a great dinner.
