“I Think I Can Thursdays” — Featuring Fish Food Tees

Welcome to one of my favorite blog posts of the week — “I Think I Can Thursdays.” This series is about women supporting women and mothers supporting mothers. Each week I’m going to feature a different small shop and introduce you to the brilliant woman behind it and one of their fabulous products. These businesses are the product of hard work, long hours, and an unbelievable vision. So sit back, enjoy the read and at the end of the post there might be a savings code for you! (Okay, there definitely will be.)

This week, I would like to introduce you to Nicole from Fish Food Tees.

“My name is Nicole. I’ve been married for 10 years, and I have 4 kids; 3 boys and a girl. They’re the reasons I have become so addicted to coffee. Which I think is very evident when you look at my shirt designs! We started printing shirts 10 years ago as a start up business with my dad so I could stay home with the kids. Back then we just printed custom orders for churches and small businesses. A few years later our Etsy shop was born out of the blue thanks to a shirt my cousin requested and I thought I could sell more. Now, every shirt is still hand printed by me, in my basement, usually while the younger kids are sleeping. Some of the shirts are hand drawn designs by friends of mine and the rest I design myself. I never would have imagined that our little business would grow like it did, but I am so excited to see what the future of Fish Food Tees looks like. “

Isn’t her story amazing? She embodies the modern day mompreneur and her ability to care for her children while following her dream is truly inspiring. Some of my favorite tees in her shop read “It is well”, “Grace Runs Deep”, and “Jesus and Coffee, Amen”.

Nicole sent me her “Livin’ on Caffeine & Grace” tee to try. This shirt couldn’t ring more true for my life and I absolutely love how comfortable it is.

Motherhood is no joke. There are some days with my little girl that I rely on caffeine and grace to get me through the day. Especially the days when your daughter eats the last cookie and her life is over (insert rolling eyes emoji). I’m afraid we have a bit of a drama queen on our hands. The proof is in these pictures.
