Mmm Monster Bites

Happy Monday everybody! I hope your weekend was (spook)tacular as the countdown begins to Halloween. Only one more week people! It seems a little crazy that we are approaching November and it’s still in the 90’s here in Phoenix (Fall, where you at?).

In preparation for the holiday, we had some fun in the kitchen yesterday! Baking with Berklee is a guaranteed mess, but always entertaining.

I present to you — Our Monster Bites.

These treats are so incredibly easy to make and look how cute they are!

Ingredients: Amounts vary based on quantity desired.

Directions: This is the fun part!

  • Spread your icing gel on the top of both cookies.
  • Place your marshmallow (teeth) on the gel of  one cookie and place cookies together.
  • Add your gummy eyes to the gel on top of the second cookie.
  • That’s it! How easy and how adorable are these little monsters?

Have fun creating different versions of your Monster Bites with different color gels, number of eyes and number of teeth!

Perfect for a Halloween gift or dessert to bring to your Halloween party this year!

Ours are pretty messy, but that’s what you get when you let your toddler help! I wouldn’t have it any other way.
